DELIVERY

The painting is considered completed and ready for shipment only after full approval by the client (using photo and, if necessary, video materials). Before sending, Ekaterina carefully packs the work.

Delivery in Moscow is carried out:

self-pickup;

courier delivery.

Also, if delivery is made within Moscow, it is possible to arrange the painting in beautiful packaging for free.

Delivery to other cities of Russia is carried out:

by the SDEK delivery service*;

other delivery services* upon request.

It is possible to deliver paintings all over the world.

* The cost of delivery is calculated individually depending on the region and is paid together with the order.

PAYMENT

After agreeing on the future painting in accordance with the client's budget and discussing the details (sizes, materials, techniques), a 50% advance payment* is made before the work begins. This is a guarantee for both parties to the cooperation.

The remaining 50% is paid upon completion of work on the painting. A painting from stock is paid immediately in 100%.

The final payment is made at a personal meeting (pickup) or before sending by a transport company, courier service.

Payment is made in several ways:

cashless payment;

by gift certificate;

payment by installments for 3, 6 or 10 months.

* To reserve a place for a certain month, you must make a 20% advance payment, and the remaining 30% - before the planned start of work.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you do not have a reference painting (a sample idea in the form of an image, video, etc.), then its free visualization is possible. This includes: preparation and assembly of the layout of the future work, as well as placement of the painting in the interior.

After the client approves the layout, Ekaterina orders a canvas of the required size in the workshop and starts working.

The process of painting a medium-sized work takes 2−3 weeks, a large one — 1 month.

Urgent work is discussed in advance and for an additional fee (the minimum production time is 1 week).

If you want to please a loved one and present a painting as a gift, but cannot wait 2-4 weeks, then there is a gift certificate for:

a certain amount;

receiving a painting: that is, you order and pay for the painting. Then you receive an electronic version of the certificate, which can be presented as a gift while the painting is in progress. Later, you receive the painting according to it.
